Local Delivery. We offer a free local delivery service If you live within an 8 mile radius of our Matlock Green brewery. Our free local delivery option will be shown at the checkout. Minimum spend £26.99.

Click and Collect. You can collect your order directly from our brewery or pub. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you're lucky, you might also get a quick peek inside the brewery or have a totally weird chat with our master brewer Lee, while he's listening to Little Mix.

National Delivery. We have partnered with specialist couriers to ensure that your goods arrive on your doorstep safely. Delivery options will be shown at the checkout.

Please Note. We only deliver to UK Mainland. Please contact us for information about deliveries outside this area. If you make an order from outside of UK Mainland, we will contact you and give you a full refund asap.

We processes deliveries from Monday to Thursday, ensuring your goods are in tip-top shape. Just a heads up, the magic order-placing cutoff is 7:30am for same-day processing. Expect your goods to arrive within 2-3 working days or 1-2 days for local delivery.

While we do our absolute best to keep things sailing smoothly, we can’t take the blame for any shipping hiccups caused by industrial disputes or factors beyond our control. If things get a bit bumpy, we’ll make it right by offering you an alternative delivery option.

If for any reason you’d like to return an item - drop us an email, via our contact page, as soon as possible within 14 days of recieving your order. Include the reason for return, your name, order reference and contact details within the email.

If your goods arrive faulty, reach out via email as soon as possible for a quick fix with a replacement or refund.

Eligable returns must be unopended, unused and in the condition you received them in.

Mini casks and other perishables are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are on you, unless the return is our fault - then we’ve got the bill. Use an agreed budget-friendly delivery method and share the proof of the delivery charge with us. Until your goods land back in our arms, they’re your responsibility. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. We aim to process refunds within a 14-day window.

If 14 days have gone by since recieving your goods, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
