Placing an Order:

By ordering through our online checkout, you're officially placing an order with us. During the checkout, take a moment to review and correct any errors before confirming. We'll confirm our acceptance of your order by dispatching it and sending you a confirmation email.

We may refuse an order if:

• Goods aren't available.
• We can't get payment authorisation.
• You don't provide sufficient identification for specific items.
• There's a pricing or product description goof-up.
• You don't meet eligibility criteria in our terms and conditions.

Additional Terms:

• We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• To buy alcohol, you must be 18 or older. We may request proof of age upon delivery.
• We can turn down any order if we believe the customer isn't within the legal age for purchasing or consuming alcohol.
• You acknowledge that your content, excluding credit card information, might be transmitted without encryption, involving (a) transfers over diverse networks and (b) adjustments to meet the technical specifications of connecting networks or devices. However, rest assured that credit card information is consistently encrypted when transferred over networks.
• Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only.
• Larger orders might have extra delivery charges; we'll let you know within 48 hours of your order.

Damaged Goods and Returns:
If, by any chance, your goods arrive damaged, reach out to us via our contact page, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within seven days after delivery, no questions asked. Just contact us with your details and invoice number. After cancellation, you're responsible for taking care of the goods and returning them to Moot Ales, at your expense. We'll refund you the full amount, excluding any collection costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
